The best are work from home and flexible hours, the worst is health insurance plan. I never used Panduit's health plan but my wife's.
Best - Great Health Insurance - 401K with Matching - Very nice employee stock purchase program Worse - Commission Structure is way to complicated that you have to be a rocket scientist to understand - The change in the way vacation is handled each year makes it hard for people to focus on work rather than having to scramble to take time off.
My favorite part about Panduit was the intern events, they allowed me to get to know others that were in the company and in different departments.
