vacation is low, flex time is great, 401(k) program is average, profit sharing is good.
The best part is that they pay weekly no matter what level you are. This is a great benefit. They also have a HSA program and the company contributes funds to it as well.
The best thing is the 401k and vacation time that is offered to part-time employees, though vacation time is earned according to how much you work and part-time employees earn it a significantly slower rate than full time employees.
