Nothing but a clean environment and helpful friendly people. I really recommend if you are looking for something easy and fun to work at.

Very expensive, especially compared to other similar jobs out there in this area. Employee discount was good, though.

50% 401K matching up to 3% which is decent but not amazing. Health plan isn’t amazing but what health plan is nowadays anyway? PTO is accrued reguraly so vacation time is readily available. The company does a pretty good job of taking care of their employees

I personally did not receive any healthcare benefits from this job because I am a minor and did not work full time. There is a 50% employee discount though.

There is half off food when you are working at the Panera Bread company so it was nice to save some money because their food is delicious.

Benefits available to full-time employees the first year doesn't cover hardly anything, but after a year working full-time status you are offered way better benefits. The PTO accrued isn't much unless you are a supervisor or management, but it is there. If I were just looking to work for benefits, I would say that this location is an alright place to work.

Well I haven't yet taken advantage of the benefits package just yet. But when I do I'll sign up for the 401k plan

You have to average 30 hours a week to qualify, and if you drop below that average at any time you will you lose your benefits.
