“Covers most of a filling meal at the cafe”
“Poor pay for hourly employees. Great food”
“Sometimes you get a good schedule, sometimes you dont.”
Part time workers qualify for medical, dental and vision insurance as soon as you are hired. Medical insurance is pretty good if you are looking for preventative care. No PTO accumulation or paid vacation for part time employees. 66% food discount only to be used for one meal on days you come to work. Schedule is pretty flexible and requesting time off 2-4 weeks in advance is usually granted. Trading shifts once already scheduled is possible. Employees also have access to discounts on various other things including movie tickets.
Adequate benefits, not better or worse than industry comparables

Good employee discount, good food
Management savings match 401k was a plus

Vacation was 1 week but we could rarely use it.
Theres no benefit unless youre a GM. And if you do qualify for the insurance its like half of your check.
Good benefits package. 401k, medical, dental, vision etc.
