If there was insurance, it was pretty basic. I was part time so I didn't really get to see it. Time off days can be easy to get if you talk to the manager and disclose why you need it off. There was no vacation time for my position.
There was no benefits package, and they offer none for any part-time employee.... which is EVERY employee unless you are management
401K is awesome, 4 weeks vacation after 10 years, start off with 2 weeks as a manager after a year. Bonus plan was NIL for years, them they had one that was unattainable, you may hit the goal but if the company didn't prizes were not awarded.
They screw your hours every year to try and keep that week of vacation off your sheet. Otherwise good 1 wk vaca and 5 sick days a yr. Health insurance doesnt meet MA minimum and is pricy.
