Job training was okay. Could be better, but making pizza isn't really that hard.
They have some unhelpful training videos (though you get paid to watch them) but beyond that, they kind of drop you wherever you are supposed to work and you pick up everything you need to know from more experienced employees
Train, train, train. There is a lot of on-the-job training. Constant training. And retraining.
Long, dreary videos. Boring training process
You ride around with another driver once or twice then you're considered to be trained.
You get minimum training
The main focus is hands on training with video supplements.
They show you how to route, but that's it. You have teach yourself how to do everything else.
Their job training took over 14 hours of computer work. "The BBQ pizza has BBQ sauce on it!" 14 hours of that type of garbage. You could easily learn more by actually being shown.
So many pointless and redundant training videos. Thankfully legitimate experience can be garned quickly and the staff is usually good with training
