StarStarStarStarStar Former Shift Manager in Bloomington, Indiana

Job training was okay. Could be better, but making pizza isn't really that hard.

  • Jul 19, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Delivery Driver in Draper, Utah

They have some unhelpful training videos (though you get paid to watch them) but beyond that, they kind of drop you wherever you are supposed to work and you pick up everything you need to know from more experienced employees

  • Jul 13, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Shift Leader in Atlanta, Georgia

Train, train, train. There is a lot of on-the-job training. Constant training. And retraining.

  • Jun 15, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Shift Lead in Huber Heights, Ohio

Long, dreary videos. Boring training process

  • May 01, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Delivery Driver in Muncie, Indiana

You ride around with another driver once or twice then you're considered to be trained.

  • Apr 26, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Assistant Manager in Orlando, Florida

    You get minimum training

  • Apr 20, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Kansas City, Missouri

The main focus is hands on training with video supplements.

  • Apr 12, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Pizza Delivery in Denton, Texas

They show you how to route, but that's it. You have teach yourself how to do everything else.

  • Mar 19, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Delivery Driver in Lincoln, Nebraska

Their job training took over 14 hours of computer work. "The BBQ pizza has BBQ sauce on it!" 14 hours of that type of garbage. You could easily learn more by actually being shown.

  • Mar 06, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Delivery Driver in Sedalia, Missouri

So many pointless and redundant training videos. Thankfully legitimate experience can be garned quickly and the staff is usually good with training
