Truck brake down and have to wait for help
The company frequently sends out training modules for the drivers and in-store workers to learn of changes to the policies, menu items, and so forth. It's a good thing.

Dependa what your looking for
You train with a senior driver for a day. You learn inside work as you go.
Everyone has to watch like 6 hours of training videos when they first start. The videos help but it's a lot of information to take in all at one time. You'll learn a lot more from doing the actual work.
Everything is hands on. You are provided with practice ordering before thrown on the phones. Also when new items come out or new period there are short computer courses with a quiz at the end that you must make 80% on, but real easy.
You'll spend 6 hours watching terribly animated and voiced over videos
