You'll spend 6 hours watching terribly animated and voiced over videos
you watch videos and they are boring, but everything is relatively quick and you start working quickly
You sit at a computer and learn through your co-workers.
It's a series of impersonal videos. Nothing special, and not very effective.
They taught me everything about food handling and slapping pizza doughs. Training was thorough.
Best thing: You could take online classes and assessments to gain and SHOW your knowledge ando the people were decent. Worse thing: There was no real incentive to do any better because compensation was not affected by your performance.
I give this a two star because I honestly disagree with all of these jobs that have mandatory video training. I feel like the manager needs to train someone and if someone learns better from watching videos then make it an option. Not everyone learns from a video.
it was very time consuming
You come in a few hours a night and practice on phones first as you watch and learn. You also get paid to watch about an hour and halfs worth of training videos, but you have to take assessments at the end so pay attention
Mandatory computer courses and on the job training.
