Normal job training that was required. If it wasn't done in time the franchise would get fined. Only really useful if there was new LTO (Limited Time Offer) and you needed to know how it was made.
The trainers are sometimes underqualified for the training position but they received the job simply because the position needed to be filled regardless of qualifications.
Cornerstone training is available and very helpful.
They have a standard operating procedure which is awesome for beginners to learn without doubt what they should do.

They train you on everything and if you cant remember or you dont know something all you have to do is ask and they will help you.
