Good for a part time job needing some extra cash.
Hours are very flexible, particularly if you're a part-timer. Once you become a manager, you're going to working 50+ hours a week. You don't get flexibility after a certain point, but you do end up getting vacation time which you have to schedule in advance. Of course, once you're at that point you're familiar with when it is too busy and when it is a good time.
Flexible for everyone below salary
Flexabvle hours to work i mean it is a high schoolers job so
They work with hours.
If you had a good reason, you could trade shifts or request the day off
Papa John's is nothing but flexible hours.. as a driver you can expect to work late to closing because that's what usually needed. If you're lucky to get morning shifts you could very well be there all day pulling 10-11 hour shifts.. my favorite because you make a lot in tips and hours. There is never a set schedule.
The best thing about the flexible hours is that if you don't get them, just quit.
If requested 2 weeks in advance in our store we could schedule days off and vacations. No paid time off but requests are typically made.
You were REQUIRED to work on the weekends. This was NOT an option. And, although they SAID they were flexible, only in SOME aspects.
