Papa John's is nothing but flexible hours.. as a driver you can expect to work late to closing because that's what usually needed. If you're lucky to get morning shifts you could very well be there all day pulling 10-11 hour shifts.. my favorite because you make a lot in tips and hours. There is never a set schedule.

The best thing about the flexible hours is that if you don't get them, just quit.

If requested 2 weeks in advance in our store we could schedule days off and vacations. No paid time off but requests are typically made.

You were REQUIRED to work on the weekends. This was NOT an option. And, although they SAID they were flexible, only in SOME aspects.

Two stars again because the scheduling really depends on the manager at the time. At first I had no issues getting my hours except I had to work real late and now I have more day shifts but it's more difficult to get my hours.

Two star again because this really depends on who the manager is. At first I had no problem getting my hours but I would have to work real late and now I have more day time shifts but I don't get as many hours.

it was a college town and we all had flexible schedules because of school schedules.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Insider in Phoenix, Arizona

As an insider you'll never work mornings unless you're training to be a manager. You'll work about 4-6 hours a night, 6 hours being rare it's not difficult to call out

Mostly flexible unless it's 'football season.' Holidays are also mandatory work days.

They were very flexible with my hours especially since I was in high school.
