Not organized training at all.
Training is done on the job or spent watching 2hr long video.
Coworkers and the manager(s) will assist you whenever necessary.
The training seems to be the standard QSR job training. Once you become a shift supervisor, the positions beyond seem to be more coveted and you really have to prove yourself.
They dont train on everything that you need to do because "the videos are so long"
It's going to vary from manager to manager, but you can learn a lot from a good manager
They walk you through EVERYTHING and do not leave you hanging
It really depended on who was assigned to train you, sometimes it would be good and you end up getting the gist of it or you're screwed because whoever taught you didn't know much either or just didn't care.
Standard training with a corporate manual.
My training was a great experience.
