Flexible hours are great for students.
Hours rather accommodating, though no guarantee you'll get good hours
Usually allow you to take and etc. if it;'s really for a good cause.
"summer hours" - work 40 during prior to Friday afternoon in the summertime and take Friday afternoon off. Flexible hours dependent on supervisor and the individual. No policy or consistency.
You can get your shifts covered easily by another crew member. It is a crew, after all. So you shouldn't have a terrible time.
This really depends on who the manager is that creates the schedules. Some managers are flexible with schedules and will accommodate in any way.
Weekly schedules are made and calculated days before they're put up.
My store was particularly excellent with flexible hours. I rarely had a difficulty getting the times I needed off without sacrificing my weekly goals.
Flexible like they only have you work 5-12 hours a week...
I work full time but there were a few times that I needed to switch my hours and it was really easy.
