Full Benefit Package....Health, Dental and Vision paid by employer. 25% match to 401K. Shareholder and bonuses at the end of year.
Vacation - don't expect to actually take a real vacation - "disconnected from work vacation." Back office teams run very lean - Exec mgmt will tell you to go and have a good time, then expect you to be "available" when a crisis happens. One person out on three or four person teams is like having 25% to 30% of your department missing while one is out. Unlimited vacation isn't a great plan - they claim its available but don't track it and you do not accrue anything so no payout when you leave the company. Staffing - Operations drives the business - when the Ops team needs a new person they are granted the position, meanwhile, back office is expected to continue with no extra support added.
Unlimited vacation time - but will chastise you if you take more than 2 weeks off. Healthcare premiums are paid 100%.
Part of Union health care benefits, so policy was top notch. Got a company truck too. Vacation time was minimal and not clearly defined.
Although vacation time was deemed to be unlimited, employees are expected to be connected at all times and to deal with any emergency as it arises, whether they are on vacation or not.
100% employer paid medical and dental plan.
