The health care premiums were reasonable compared with other employers. The coverage of the plans were good and the copays were low. Some prescriptions were free, and most others were only $5. The bonus and stock IP were generous.

Worst thing about the healthcare benefits was how much they were cut. They used to have a PPO, very good coverage, and have switched to an HSA with much higher deductibles and less coverage.
