    they observed all FMLA and CFRA leaves, and you are entitled to all the benefit if you are eligible employee. The benefit administration team is the worst people you can ever deal with, the process is very manual and cumbersome. She makes you feel like you are an idiot for not knowing the process before having your first child... they are the most disorganised team, don't expect your short-term disability to be processed on time. Short-term Disability Provider UNUM is also the worst company you can ever deal with. Recommendation - do your paperwork early, otherwise you will not be able to enjoy your leave.
