They offered great pay and decent health coverage. Paid time off was generous as a function of the nature of the job.
Best: Bonus can be as high as 21% of pay Worst: Watch out for the health care plans - you start paying almost full amount in one of the plans after a certain amount
Vacation accrual on par. Paid holidays on par as well. 401K match of 4% with fidelity. National insurance coverage from ether Blue Cross or Anthem. Dental, and vision decent as well. EAP as well.
Vacation starts at 2 weeks/year and takes over a decade to get to 4 weeks/year. They give you 2 floating holidays/year but during hard times, company shuts down on fixed days (around New Years and Good Friday) forcing you to use "floating" holidays so they can take it off the books early in the quarter. They do have a good profit sharing program.
Good, not great benefits at PH. Was getting more and more expensive as the years went by. With the profits this company earns, the healthcare should not be so expensive.
Health, Dental, 401k, Pension, company car, long term disability
Benefits are pretty good, reasonable health insurance, dental, vision, 401k match, holidays, vacation. It's not a government or union package but it's definitely above average.
Good comprehensive package; they keep reducing the health and wellness benefits every year.
The health insurance sucks! You pay for insurance to go to the doctor and pay the full amount of the bill! God forbid you have anything medically wrong with you because you'd have to take a second job to pay those medical bills because their insurance covers zip!!! Worst company I've ever worked for when it comes to insurance or any kind of benefits!!!
Insurance has went up a lot over the past 5 or 6 years. I believe the pay is average for quality control technicians in the area. Pay raises are always small.
