5% 401K match and decent benefits.

The Benefits package was good

Free snacks and drinks in break room.

Best thing is flexible hours, 9/80 schedule = free Friday afternoon. Worst thing is very limited health insurance and poor 401k match.

The healthcare they offer has taken a turn for the worse. High out of pocket cost and small in network opportunities

As a contractor, you do not get benefits. They like contractors as workers. It seems a lot of contractors have been there for quite a few years. However, when they are layoffs it seems like they are the first to go so watch out for that.

401K match program up to 6% (I think it's 6%), Vision, Dental, Health, standard except for the 401K program

Parker Drilling had an excellent benefits package; including medical (health, vision, dental), 401K, personal time off, life and disability insurance.

Health insurance is great. Coverage is great. 401k match is good though stock price is low.

Parker Drilling has a respectable benefits package. The employee contribution for medical coverage is very reasonable, plus they match a percentage of 401k contributions.
