Good benefits and good network of doctors overall.
As a summer intern, there were no benefit plans or paid time off given because of our part-time status within the organization. Which is understandable.
Benefits are top notch but as expected you cannot go outside of the Parkview network.
Parkview offers generous benefits overall; good medical coverage, employee wellness program, and a 403b retirement plan with a Roth option.
Benefits include flex spending account, paid time off, great health insurance - very affordable, tuition reimbursement if you want it, and organization-wide bonuses.
Holiday time is included with other days off
PTO is not as good as they state because you actually have to dig into your PTO to cover holidays (8 days total) where your department is closed and you have no option to work. They claim they have a great health benefits package, but in reality Parkview is one of the most expensive hospital systems so you are paying the same for doctors visits, etc as you would some place else. Must work for them for 2 years before they will contribute to your 401k, and even then it is minimal compared to other companies in the area. NO PAID MATERNITY LEAVE of any sort!!
Paid time off is good. PTO includes both vacation days and sick days. Health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance are good as well.
Pay is low compared to other places in Fort Wayne
The PTO benefit was very good.
