Great 401k match! last 2 years Parkway has matched 17% of contributions. Parkway pays for 75% of medical for the employee, you have a choice of PPO or High deductible with HSA account which they will contribute about 2k per year (I think) to the HSA.

From what I understand of available benefits packages, it seems to be average to good
