Decent benefits for a entry level job. Matching 401K.
Very high deductible, health costs go up every year.
The benefits are horrible.
Pretty good health insuranvce, but has gotten more pricey lately
A continual focus on reducing the cost to the employer while reducing overall benefits.
401K is mediocre with a minimal match, but T Rowe Price is good. PTO problem is industry standard. Training opportunities are deemed too much of an expense.
Benefits are awful. Expensive. If you make under $75,000 they are way to costly.
The worst thing is that they were bought out and stopped using an insurance company. This bothered me because I was then forced to look for a different doctor because my old doctor didn't accept the new insurance
Low pay, relaxed with time off, okay benefits
Employer 50% match of 401k is great. Health Insurance premiums rise each year. Great that we can accrue hours of PTO each check up until 300 hours.
