    You can accumulate a significant amount of vacation and paid time off, if your project demands your time. Taking time off was liberal provided to those that worked hard when it was needed.

    They combine work and sick days into one category called PTO and you essentially start out with 3 weeks of vacation instead of 2 weeks plus 1 week for sick leave in all other companies.

    Vacation hours are very limited. Mostly the major holidays only. PTO is based on your tenure. The starting rate is 4 hours every two weeks.

    They hire at more vacation and then will change it to less without the slightest thought or concern. Buyer beware with this company. They are not ethical.
