Participant Media offers an excellent benefits package that includes generous vacation time and bonus holiday time off toward the end of the year. Insurance isn't cheap, but not more expensive than average.
It was the best coverage I've ever had, and the company paid 100% of the monthly contribution.
They had a handful of healthcare plans: HMO, PPO, HSA. Also vision and dental which were widely accepted. Their best feature is the 401k plan match. They also had a plan for buying a fuel efficient car which many employees took.
