Since It is a healthcare company the health care benefits are great
Health Insurance just switched to NHP this year which was renamed to Allways (really - Allways?). I've not noticed much difference with that change. Vacation days increase nicely the longer you are there, and many people stay for decades. Maternity leave is only 6 weeks paid which seems like an outdated amount of time compared to other local organizations.
Competitive healthcare benefits for all types of plan needs. As many other employers, maternity leave is the only area that could be enhanced.
The Benefits package is really good which compensates for the lack of pay/wage. Time off, health ad dental and the saving plans are all incentives that make it worthwhile.
Healthcare Benefits, PTO and Personal Priorities
every year they say they will work on more tuition assistance and loan assistance and nothing gets done. The package overall is good but some benefits are more tailored to older adults rather than to young professionals.
The health insurance is very good and affordable.
Great benefits insurance and packages
Sick day, professional development, employee discount
The best thing is that health insurance covers a lot, e.g. most operations are free. The worst is that raises are limited.
