The best thing is that health insurance covers a lot, e.g. most operations are free. The worst is that raises are limited.

The best thing about the benefits is that you have the option of buying more vacation time, up to 2 weeks more. They'll spread the money out among your weekly paychecks, so I don't miss it and I get more vacation. And I have yet to have a hassle with using it, which is great!
