Amazing benefit package, the same for all employees from the warehouse to the management teams. Insurance completely paid for from the day you start, 401K at three months starts automatically with employer match of 3%, Onsite child care with maternity and paternity 3 or 4 months paid off, onsite Cafeteria, environmental internship opportunities, giving match to non-profits, Field gear testing days for our Warehouse location, flex schedule of 9 days a pay period to increase time off, paid time off and sick days, increase at 3 years to 3 weeks and another increase at 5 years. And more, I know we have product discounts and fellow industry discounts. Thrilled and you are totally supported even as an entry level employee.
The company benefits were amazing, great company to work for. Medical and 401k were amazing, time off benefits and opportunities to volunteer were awesome.
Excellent benefits. Patagonia covers the majority of the costs and health insurance is top-notch.
Pros- 401K Match, decent insurance, on site Child care, on site cafe. Cons- Moving up in the company very difficult. Not enough diversity or inclusion.
