They offered health insurance, but I did not need it. And they offered two weeks paid vacation every year but did not really let anyone take it and did not pay out the time if you left without using it. A nice perk was a big discount at all Patina Restaurants around the country.
Great benefits for the industry for management: 401k with matching, 2 weeks paid vacation, separate paid sick time, complimentary life insurance, medical/dental/vision, bereavement, jury duty. Stuff not all restaurants seem to give.
They offer health insurance which I find expensive, sick and vacation days for full time. They also offer 401K
Offered full health benefits, commuter benefits, direct deposit, wage advances. Human resources were very easy to work with. Cross company employee discount and dining perks were better than at most restaurants. Vacation was offered but difficult to take. Taking sick days were very frowned upon among management.
No paid time off, minimal sick time, vacation time off is per request only
i did not have any benefits, and they did not inform me about the insurance package, so it does not apply to me
Good benefits package, Delaware North (parent company) also offers a good benefits package
Patina gives the opportunity, especially for young people (18) to start a job in an amazing international enviroment as walt disney world
full time employees receive, 401k,health insurance, and paid vacation.
For Service Staff, there wasn't anything offered with a copayment by the restaurant. This was not unusual for the restaurant business at the time, but there wasn't any benefit package for me to speak of.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
