Current and former employees report that Patreon provides the following benefits. It may not be complete.

“Leadership has been super supportive when we started working from home. We have a generous stipend to help make our work as comfortable as possible while at home, as well as help with internet connection expenses. Worst thing about working from home really is to not be with my teammates in person!”
Great benefits, unlimited vacation (though it's recommended 20-25 days).
Comprehensive, on par / slightly better than most start ups.
Unlimited PTO, Health Insurance, One Medical
Unlimited PTO, full year of BetterUp coaching covered, pretty standard stock options, decent medical insurance, and a WFH stipend to get workstation set up. (This could arguably be more for true ergonomic products.)
$6,000 annual learning stipend, monthly wellness stipend, monthly internet stipend during COVID
Great healthcare, stingy about uses of fitness stipend.
We have competitive benefit package for small-midsized tech companies. Only problem I see is no 401k matching, which many tech companies have.
Patreon is doing really well as a company, and its generous benefits reflect that. At work (pre and post pandemic) it has free lunch and snacks which are excellent. It has unlimited PTO or vacation leave which is a huge benefit. The company health insurance is excellent. We get medical and dental benefits, including One Medical access. We also have mental health coverage. The only things I wish we had which we were 401(k) contributions, matching gift, and long term life insurance, but these will hopefully come as we get bigger and more successful.
Employees are granted unlimited vacation, but this policy is difficult to take advantage of even in moderation. Changing plans make it difficult to forecast ideal times to take vacations. As a result, you typically end up working a least a little bit on any vacation.
No communicated 401k matching system
