Great health and dental benefits.
I love the VTO opportunity that the company provides and the Dollars for Doers Program through the Patterson Foundation which does charitable gift matching. The 1st ever giving back week was a huge success and I'm excited to see that continue. The updated parental leave program to extend and include paternity and adoption leave for eligible employees is absolutely great! The matching 401K is something the company is working on, which is exciting. It's unfortunate that for your significant other to have vision insurance, you as the employee must also be enrolled in vision insurance too, even if you don't need that insurance. That should be changed.
ESOP program is a nice option, fully vested at 7 yrs of service. Employees had the ability to purchase Patterson products and I really appreciated the on-site amenities at the corporate location.
Great and comprehensive medical benefits.
Great Paid Time Off benefits
They start you out with two weeks PTO. They have all benefits - dental, vision and medical. All major holidays you have off.
Bcbs has good network coverage and benefits for higher monthly premium
The PTO is decent and the health insurance is pretty good, but expensive. There's also a cafeteria on site at the corporate HQ that is a nice perk. However, the food can be expensive. There is no 401k match, instead you get shares of Patterson stock based on your current pay. I'd rather have a 401k match.
Health Insurance costs continue to rise but compensation doesn't
My manager was the BEST one I have ever asked for: caring and compassionate.
