Health insurance has great coverage
the employee contribution is a bit high. co-pays are high. 3 health care options with blue cross / blue shield.
Company only matched up to one percent for 401(k). Great employee stock ownership plan which compensated for lack of match. Overall, a quality benefits package for outside sales reps.
Insurance coverage is above average, good options. The lack of 401k match is surprising for a company this size however the ESOP is a very nice perk (assuming you are employed for the periods of vesting required). Vacation days are average (I believe 10 to start and 15 after 3 years) with usually 10 days of Holiday/floating holiday.
