Insurance premiums are more expensive than other companies, but typical or the same as other law firms.

Wide assortment of benefits to choose from to fit your particular needs. In addition to standard benefits, programs to help you save time and money.

Accrue good vacation as admin. Lots of toying with titles & pay. Poor development of non-attorney talent. Small work stations.

Best part of the benefits package is the retirement savings program but every year staff wonders when they will chip away at that as well Worst part of the benefits package is it's not competitive with other legal employers

Pretty flexible with time off (especially for religious reasons). But There is no 401k match and the health insurance plan is terrible. The copays are extremely high

Increasing healthcare costs during past few years

No 401K match for associates, but there is automatic 8% contribution to 401K (pre-tax, does not count as part of statutory maximum) to alleviate it somewhat. High deductible for health plan. Certain offices offer gym subsidies. Cell phone reimbursement is much appreciated.

Horrible insurance with a painful deductible. Employee discounts are pretty much useless.

You have to wait two years to qualify for their profit sharing plan

Decent insurance options, 401k but no matching
