Best: fully covered healthcare/dental/vision. 401k matching at 6% is pretty unbeatable. Volunteer time off & floating holiday are great additions this year. Cons: need to buy up for family/dependents when it comes to healthcare packages

Health insurance doesn't cover much and wages are so low to compensate.

6% matching 401k is almost unheard of in Santa Barbara, and just one of the amazing benefits provided by PJ. Great PTO, insurance (including dental and vision), Catered lunches and fully stocked kitchen, free yoga and meditation classes, maternity/paternity leave, and just about anything else you would want from a top tier benefits package.

For a young healthy person the healthcare is decent. Copays are reasonable and the dental and vision is great! They offer a generous 401K match.

The 401k is one of the best around. Great % matching from day one (even for part-time!). For part-time employees there is 24 hours (3 days) paid sick leave which is a really thoughtful perk to give to part-time people. They also have free catered lunch every Friday, free yoga Tuesday/Thursday, snack kitchen & kombucha on tap, "fun budget" days, dog-friendly office, and more company perks that can vary. I have not used the rest of the benefits (health & vacation time) as a part-time employee, but I have heard they are pretty good.

I was a part-time employee so the benefits weren't really extensive. The paid sick time was great. You would get 24 hours of paid sick time every year.

Probably the best company to work commission only and earn residual income, however resellers don’t get any benefits or perks.
