The benefits PayPal offers are real and a significant reason to consider working with them. The 401k is standard but their ESPP which guarantees 15% is a game changer, especially with the performance of the stock over the last 5 years. The sabbatical (a month off with 5 years of service) is very real and something most people do not get to experience without a career change. Beyond what they provide, the support and resources for financial, medical, and mental health is abundant.

401k match is great. ESPP is also very good.
The best thing is they have an unlimited vacation you just need to inform your manager ahead to plan the resources. The worst thing is they don't have many perks like free lunches and 401k they match up to 4%.
