Recently changed to Aetna from uhc, which have caused many employee's doctors (particularly specialists) to be out of network.
Unlimited PTO actually is unlimited. Depends on teams, but mostly the company culture would not discourage you from taking PTO.
Lots of stock compensation but it's been better in the past before COVID.
