PayPal really does care about their employees and each year they work to improve the benefits offered. The health insurance is some of the best insurance I've seen and many doctor offices are surprised by how good the coverage are. The 401k is matched, but only at 4%. The ESPP is one of the best benefits if you're interested in investing in the company given how good the company has performed since splitting from eBay.
