A very good benefit plan and pricing for all employees regardless of level. Medical providers were available, and there are options for levels of coverage. Premium rates were based on salary which was a beneficial aspect of the benefits program.

They matched 401k and provided a decent benefits package. However, it was jot decent enough to offset their salary. My male counterpart with less education and experience in my field made $20k more than I did. When I approached management over the pay difference for my role and that of others in my field, they tried to offer my $5k more asking me to stay. There are many other opportunities with acceptable pay In other companies.

Have to achieve a certain level of seniority that is higher than other companies before options are made available. Good health insurance and 401k matching kicks in after a year.
