    Health insurance package was great; didn’t cost a ton and coverage was exceptional, different packages to choose from as well but the buy-up package is more than worth it. Two weeks of PTO your first year plus float time and all holidays off. Didn’t contribute to a 401K because the pay is not enough but they match pretty well, up to 8% I believe.
