best thing are the coverage options. also paid time off is plentiful and there is the option for tuition reimbursement if you decide to go back to school
They don't offer much to part-time workers. I wish they would offer us something with a co-pay.
Health insurance package was great; didn’t cost a ton and coverage was exceptional, different packages to choose from as well but the buy-up package is more than worth it. Two weeks of PTO your first year plus float time and all holidays off. Didn’t contribute to a 401K because the pay is not enough but they match pretty well, up to 8% I believe.
Tuition reimbursement, 401k match after one year, PTO starts to accumulate right away, paid sick days
Benefits package is amazing. Low deductibles and low premiums. Pto, sick time, float time, fsa, 401k, tuition reimbursement
Benefits are fine. Not top tier but solid
The amount our employer contributes is significant. And the flex scheduling offered is an amazing perk for work life balance.
Health, 401k, vision, dental, PTO
I think the l am is great I plan on investing it the benefit packages is great as well I have enrolled at the beginning of my employment
It is great that you are eligible for Medical and 401k from the start of your career and you don't have to wait the typical 90 days to enroll
