Paycom works hard to attract, motivate and retain qualified individuals committed to excellence, integrity and client-centered service. We are proud to offer an excellent health and benefits program to our employees and their families. The health and wellness of our employees and their families is just as important to us as it is to you.
$1.00 medical, AND the plans for 2018 didn't even go up. Paycom understands how important it is to have benefits for their employees, so even with the 22% increase in costs, they didn't touch the cost of employee benefits. Incredible!
$1 health insurance, discounted stock
Health Insurance is good, 401K is good, They have Year end party, which is really good
Health insurance is free and is pretty decent coverage. It technically is $1 but I’m sure there’s a reason behind that. Dental is still $13 and vision is a few bucks. They also over STD, LTD, FSA, stock purchasing and 401k with a max contribution of 10% and 100% match of 3% (I believe) it’s possible of up to 6% match but I only do 3% so I’m not sure. It could be 100% of 3% and 50% of the 4,5,6 % You also get a good amount of vacation. Not tons but it definitely doesn’t warrant complaint.
Best thing is that it's only a dollar, specifically if you're single. So I benefit from this. However, if you have a family and kids, I know it's more expensive.
$1 health insurance, discounted stock buying program, and 401K matching are some of the great benefits we have.
Benefits package is great and inexpensive for an individual with great coverage. Lots of coverage beyond the general health, dental, and vision. Only major downside is lack of paid maternity/paternity leave.
