$1 health benefits. But, literally the worst accrual policy. You get one week in your first year. No holidays outside of thanksgiving and Christmas, and they expect you to work new years eve and day.
Everything is great, all of the benefits are awesome especially with a matched 401K program. Employee Stock program is awesome
$1 for health insurance, strict PTO policy
Overall, very pleased with the benefits package. It was affordable. Also, there is an onsite basketball court and gym. They clearly mad an effort on those type of things
Health insurance is the best thing.
- Medical is okay, nothing great on the actually coverage itself but the 1$ premium is fantastic for single employees. - 401k matches 100% up to 1%, and then 50% up to 6%. So total they will contibute 3.5% and you are vested fully at 2 years, but will get nothing if you leave before then on the match - Vacation time sucks. year 1 = 5 days, year 2 = 10 days, year 3 = 15 days, + 2 personal days each year on hire date and sick time is not good bc it accrues at basically half of vacation. you can rolll over vacation and sick, but not personal days.
You get quarterly bonuses based on your performance points. Performance points are usually earned by completing project work.
Employee only medical coverage is only $1 per pay period. The coverage cost reflects the actual coverage capability.
full size gym onsite, catered lunches, $1 health insurance
$1 healthcare for the employee is a pro. PTO is slow to earn and split between 5 different categories.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
