I love my vacation time, so it's pretty great that we get 18 days worth of paid time off.

PTO at Paycom was not what it could have been, but that is by design.

They recently doubled the amount of PTO for employees.

Decent. They did just make some changes, which is great as most employees gained three additional days. I think one group only gains a day, but all in all, they are improving. Unfortunately, you have to use accrued PTO for maternity leave because here is no maternity/paternity policy.

Terrible. Might as well not have any with what little they offer and the grief you get when you try to take any.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Sales Representative in Los Angeles, California

Only get 5 days in the first year and have to accrue the days at a very slow rate.

Bit less in the first 2 years but time offs are split between vacation, personal days and floating holidays

Offered 5 days a year for sick days, 5 personal days, and so forth, but the time is accrued by hours clocked. Every major holiday is observed.

Very little time off and in the sales department, 1 day off is pretty much a disaster to your success. Need to take more than a day and you better start considering other job options.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Payroll Specialist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Not enough time granted first two years
