Paycor recently updated their benefits package and it has been a very welcoming change. PTO is now based on no. of years of service rather than on job title. PTO starts from 22 days and goes on increasing with no. of years of experience . Paycor also provides annual tuition reimbursement to some extent. Like many other companies this reimbursement comes with a contract but it is very encouraging to see that company cares about employee development
Benefits start on Day 1
Paycor is competitive and improving their benefits. On par with other organization I have worked for.
Flexible working situation, PTO, 401K, HSA, Performance Bonus
Decent benefits package as per industry standard. definitely a lot of room for providing better packages to woo brilliant talent
No paternal leave for new fathers or adopting parent. State minimum FMLA for new moms. Does not encourage managers to carve out time or coverage for maternal leave so even mothers who want to take advantage of STD feel immense pressure to return to work ASAP.
Paycor has done an outstanding job of creating a total rewards package that speaks to it's workforce. The health insurance is the most affordable I've ever had while also providing excellent coverage. As a single person on a high deductible plan, your premiums are free if you submit proof of an annual physical. The company also contributes a good amount to your HSA. BUT you also still have the option of a PPO if that is better for your needs. Truly feel like they care about providing useful, valuable benefits.
Decent 401k, health benefits and good work/life balance
Encourages HSA for healthcare by providing incentives and additional contributions
PTO time is average, Work From Home 2 days a week is ok, 401K is ok, Health benefits is poor.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
