    The benefits package covers a multitude of things and is affordable. Time off is also an amount that is unheard of. You can use it all but if you do are you gonna hit club??? (personal thought haha)

    Paycor is growing and their benefits packages reflect it. Recently added paternity leave and more vacation, I think this trend will continue as the HR team invests in this area. Very competitive benefits package.

    New associates start off with a good amount of vacation days but there’s not much increase tenure.

    The benefits are pretty great. The 401(k) match could be a little higher, but Vacation and sick days are combined so if you don't get sick a lot, you get a lot more vacation time. More than 20 days a year even for new hires. Just watch out for All in periods when the business is busy, there's no payout or carryover into next year. Use it or lose it!
