As for is the policy good I can't speak for. I opted not to get it when I reached full time status because of the high cost of the plan. Again there is NO plan for anyone who doesn't have full time status which is 95℅ of all sales associates.

It is straight from the market place

It's expensive and the coverage is not good

    It costs too way much.

  • Sep 09, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Current Store Leader in Bangor, Maine

Way too many options to choose from, and the decent ones are WAY over priced

StarStarStarStarStar Former Store Manager in Shawnee, Oklahoma

Good benefits, High deductible, Medium Rate (not super high...but definitely not low). I did not opt in for them b/c of this.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Sales Associate/Key Holder in Mobile, Alabama

Never used It and could never probably afford it

The health exchange is incredibly overpriced. Insuring yourself is more affordable than going through the company.
