The health insurance has options and it is clear that not all organizations like to offer multiple benefit plans. Doing this supports everybody who works here individually to work to their needs.
The health insurance is a bit expensive but they do give you three policies to choose from. There's a traditional PPO that would have cost about $700.00 monthly for my family, a High Deductible Health Plan that was less than half as much and with it you get a HSA card that Paylocity does a one time yearly deposit on for you and there's an HMO option. I chose the HMO because it was semi-affordable and it's not an issue to get into your regular doctor but if you have to see a specialist be prepared to wait for three months. They also don't tell employees that domestic partner coverage is post tax so employees in domestic partnerships pay a couple hundred dollars more a month than married employees do. It would be nice if they told employees that BEFORE they signed up.
Blue Cross Blue Shield (choose from PPO with both high and low deductible, or HMO) is great! Cost for employee seems to be about average.
The company offers multiple options - HMO, PPO, high deductible, etc. If you go the high deductible route, the company contributes money to your HSA account.
Health insurance costs are pretty good considering the state of health care!
Deductibles and prescriptions a little high
Blue Cross Blue Shield is hard to beat!
Health insurance is good, blue cross and blue shield. Cost is very good. Not everything is covered.
They use one of the best insurance carriers.
We offer 2 different health care plans. I had no problem finding one that met my needs.
