Pretty good benefit, good PTO.
This company offers great medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, flex spending account, vacation and holiday benefits. There is an employee recognition program where recipient receives paid time off and bonus. They also promote community outreach. Employees enjoy quarterly employee appreciation events and kitchen is stocked with healthy snacks and drinks.
Three weeks vacation/year with 5 days sick leave, health insurance and 401k with company matching. Occasional work from home for bad weather, appointments, etc...
I like Paymetric's holiday schedule. In addition to standard holidays, you receive a floating holiday, your birthday off, Christmas Eve day, and New Year's Eve day off.
Standard health benefits, may not be keeping pace with benefits for women who are pregnant or have young children.
Benefits were average. Another drawback to working for a small company theyre unable to qualify for some of the "sexier" benefits, i.e. tuition reimbursement. No work from home policy. A little behind in this online 24/7365 world we live in.
