They offer full benefits to employees after 90 days and a 401k after 120 days. This is pretty comparable to the industry standard so, I was happy with it.
The company does not contribute to the HSA,
Dental, Health, Vision, Life - Absolutely 0 percent is paid by the company. Super high premium and amount deducted from check. 401K is not even worth contributing to.
Payscape picks up a little over $100 for insurance, the is not much else to say. Very minimal
Best part is the wellness programs and incentives for community volunteer work!
There needs to be no dogs in the office. It is hard to work when you are allergic and have to come in.
The majority of my health insurance is covered by the company. They offer 401k. Also, Payscape points for wellness activities and volunteering, which you can cash in for things like iPads or vacations. Paid time off and very lenient holiday schedules. Show up and do your thing and you will be rewarded in many ways. Most generous company I've had the pleasure of working WITH, not for - their words.
We get awesome company perks like monthly catered lunches, massages, awesome holiday parties, great 401k matching and awesome healthcare!
Payscape benefits are top-of-the-line and on-par with all other companies I have worked for. They even have massages in the office, paternity leave and free counseling sessions and life insurance when you sign up for health insurance. Another big bonus is the 401K contribution! Other companies I've been at didn't start matching until a couple years in, but at Payscape they start almost right away.
The benefits are pretty good for a smaller company. God forbid you take time off though. They give you 12 days in your first year. If you take off a day, they think you're abusing your days. The CFO is ridiculous.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
