Peabody has recently adopted new policies for vacation time and it is very generous. We also have early release Fridays during the summer which was added in the last couple of years. I feel like I have a very good work-life balance and they offer a flexible (within reason) work schedule.
Health insurance is costly, company switched to an HSA account for all so no insurance options to speak of, at least they offer something. Used to have "best in the business" insurance,
The company has an excellent 401(k) matching program and good tuition reimbursement. They also have a company gym in the corporate office.
Working for Peabody was an experience. I made more money there than the other positions that I have worked for besides Kennecott Utah Copper.

The company used vanguard to administer their 401k, it is a very well managed plan you can really do a lot to help your money grow if you take the time.
Prices for health care aren't terrible but in the last 5 years they have increased a significant amount.
