33 employees reported this benefit
Health insurance is only offered to 32 hours - 3/4 time employees.
Quality plan offered by a national provider. With employer contributions, insurance is reasonably priced and not difficult to cover. Overall, pretty solid.
Cost is exorbitant for families and what the insurance package entails. It's simply too expensive for a minimal package. I know several employees here that struggle paying their family insurance costs every month. And as for HSA's (which they have), terrible idea any way you look at it.
Great provider network, good pharmacy benefits, deductible getting higher, savings plan offered
Could be cheaper, could be better.
Choices between low and high deductible plans
It is comparable but strangely they offer no discounts or services to their employees. You are just like every other customer when you need care
Benefits seem like they used to be better. Being that this is a healthcare company, the level of this benefit is disappointing.
They offer 2 programs. One has a high premium and still only covers a little of your bill. The other has a lower premium but you pay for everything through an HSA. Huge Deductibles.
every year less covered and more out of pocket costs
