PeaceHealth strives to inspire and develop our caregivers while creating healthier communities. Benefits play an important role in this and we work hard to make sure that our benefits reflect the needs and wants of our caregivers and their families.
We provide comprehensive healthcare coverage for caregivers and their eligible dependents. Plus we offer dental and vision coverage, wellness program, programs to manage chronic health conditions, access to employee assistance program, as well as alternative/flexible work schedules.
If you're looking for a career in health care that engages your mind as well as your heart, we encourage you to apply at PeaceHealth. These are a highlight of benefits and are subject to change. There may be some variations based on union and/or region.
Good benefit package overall. Options for what level of deductible and co-pays. Bad - if you can't get to a PH provider, payments are slow, paperwork is redundant.
Health insurance is okay. 401 package is a plus. Nothing particularly outstanding
Broad Network, Good Options for plans
Best - Great environment at the clinic I worked in. Worst - As PeaceHealth gets even larger than it already was it is loosing sight of taking care of its employees.
Decent health benefits and PTO accrual, standard vision and dental benefits offerings. The thing I like is that it is fairly cost effective to add a dependent to coverage and the medical coverage is comprehensive.
Their benefits are expensive
Great PTO package for full and part time employees and decent medical benefits. Unfortunately, management seemed inefficient and self-serving much of the time.
Medical kept getting more expensive.
It is difficult to get hired with benefits at the Patient Access Representative position.
excellent health insurance, retirement, very good vacation and all the standard benefits in a robust health care employer package, including auto deduction for charitable giving
