The company medical and dental plan year runs from January 1—December 31 of each year. The Peak Campus Benefit Plan is a Section 125 Cafeteria Plan: any employee-paid premiums for elected benefits are withheld from your income on a pre-tax basis. Taxable income is reduced by the amount contributed, so you pay less in taxes and have more take-home pay.

the best thing is that they cover so much in your insurance and it's so cheap I have never seen insurance is cheap before I pay about 20 bucks a month for a total coverage

Reasonable premiums, HSA, 3 weeks PTO, 12 paid holidays, 401k match @4%, company paid yoga and boot camp, free healthy snacks. Great people!
Because I was a part time employee there was not any sort of benefits package. However the company did offer plenty of bones which where nice. I did notice that the managers and other full time employees did have benefits packages they mentioned where good.
There is nothing bad about it except one thing that will not matter to most. This health insurance doesn't cover any bariatric surgery. Otherwise it's excellent! Best I've ever had.

I was only part time so benefits were not offered to me, but I heard that the deductibles are quite high for dental and medical.
