The holidays are less than other companies I interviewed with. The vacation time is average. The insurance is cheap for a high deductible plan, but anything else is expensive for a family.
The PPO plan jumped $400/mo this past January as they are trying to push everyone to an HSA type of plan. I ponied up the extra because of needing Rx coverage only to find the new Rx plan is terrible. Almost everything - even the generics - I take are on the $60 tier! Also for being such a large company the rates and deductibles are horrendous. Do not work here if you need good health benefits - they don't exist
I don't use it because my husband has benefits from his government job that beats anything that any company could offer. honestly I never looked at the benefits but my co workers like them.
the best thing is that is health is offered to part time people
