Wonderful benefits all around: there was 401k matching, they paid ALL medical, dental and vision benefits for the employee and dependents, the first year we were given 80 hrs PTO, 40 hrs sick and 5 floating holidays along with all of the above we were given the standard 8 paid holidays.

Best thing was paying $0 for a very high medical and dental package. I believe I paid something like $5/month for vision. They also have many different options for life insurance, 401k, health, etc.
401k is great, profit sharing goes into your 401k, peak pays all of your health care insurance costs (you and family)
