They have a great employee vacation package.
not much time off but you do get the week off between Christmas and New Years
The week of Christmas and New Years is paid time off, a bonus week in addition to your two weeks, as the office is closed. You also get Thanksgiving and Black Friday off. Other paid holidays are Martin Luther King Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and three floating holidays, 1 personal and 5 sick days, as well as three paid volunteer days.
The best thing about it was the PTO days can be added up, so you can go on vacation and be paid. Vacation time you get 4-5 days after a certain amount of time.
Nothing bad. year 1 I get 9 holidays, 3 floating holidays, 10 days vacation, 10 sick days, plus extra PTO between Dec 25-Jan 2. And you can earn even more if you work the overtime during the right season.
There are regular paid vacation days. Summers are unpaid time off.
Standard holidays. Vacation is use it or lose, which sucks. Only 5 days sick time per year with no carry over. At 10 years you get 20 days vacation.
Connections had a very generous leave program as long as you were hired before the cutoff. However things could become dicey if you were hired after that point.
The week between Christmas and New Years is closed, which is nice. Double bonus in that everyone else is off too, so no real catching-up to do when you get back. However, you have to take those days off, so you have less days for the rest of the year.
