After working there over 10 years, I had the option to take a full month of vacation and that didn't include sick days and personal days. Although, they would sometimes tell you when you could take vacation or frown upon taking all your days.
Started off with only 10 days.
Great vacation package to start with and over the years it increases to a maximum of 20 days. But you also receive an additional week during your anniversary year (in 5 year increments).

PTO for volunteering with education based activities. 5 weeks vacation every 5th year after 10 years.

Generous PTO. After eight years service I had 3.5 weeks of vacation, not counting sick/personal days.
Vacation time increases with years at company. Two weeks initially, then at certain intervals of employment, it increases by an incrementally. Vacation must be taken within a given year, with no roll-overs.
I think the paid time off is very competitive
