Start with 2 weeks vacation
Generous PTO. After eight years service I had 3.5 weeks of vacation, not counting sick/personal days.
Vacation time increases with years at company. Two weeks initially, then at certain intervals of employment, it increases by an incrementally. Vacation must be taken within a given year, with no roll-overs.
I think the paid time off is very competitive
They have a decent amount of PTO and sick leave. Not very flexible so good luck getting your days
They re-did their vacation allotment within the last year. It didn't seem like a step forward.
Generous paid time off and sick leave
I just started in July, so I haven't used any time of yet. At the same time, I have accumulated time off already which is nice because I feel as though I have flexibility. Other companies make their employees wait a year before these benefits kick in.
The amount of vacation and PTO seems to be inline with the average for a publicly traded US company.
very generous vacation and time off package where you increase at year 3
