    They have a decent amount of PTO and sick leave. Not very flexible so good luck getting your days

    I just started in July, so I haven't used any time of yet. At the same time, I have accumulated time off already which is nice because I feel as though I have flexibility. Other companies make their employees wait a year before these benefits kick in.
