The insurance is over priced and if you work PRN it is basic. The office staff get a more comprehensive insurance packet but for the plan with the least amount of out of pocket expense it is extremely high every month. The coverage area is okay most of the doctors are in network so that does help some. The 401 K packet was always "coming". In three years it never came.
No benefits at all! No matter how hard you work, they will not offer benefits because they tell you you are hired as full time but then you only work part time so they dont have to give you benefits
Dont offer anything except health but its substandard to say the least
There are no benefits for staff nurses, which is the backbone of the organization. There is even no PTO. Not sure how they get away wth that in Massachusetts. They pay better than some, but $3/hr better on average wont pay for health insurance.
There is no benefits package.
