Full benefits plus free coffee.

Unlimited vacaction for certain roles
The benefits at Peet’s are like any smaller chain. Full time employees get kaiser for health care, ppo. Part time, team members and baristas dont receive benefits.
have to work certain hours to get health insurance
Benefits are fairly standard, nothing great or terrible. If Peet's wants to compete with the companies in the area for top talent, they should consider bolstering their benefits package.
For a part time role, the benefits with health care, free coffee, and discounts on nearly all goods was a great perk.
There isnt any benifits or paid leave
Medical benefits not that great...quite expensive, so I switched over to using insurance from my wife's employer.
It'g good that you get to learn how to make various drinks but it can be very tiring because most of of time you have to be on your feet
