    Benefits are fair. PTO accrual rates are mostly tenure-based. Employee discount is great for staying caffeinated.

    it either doesn't really exist or they don't really make you aware of it, I got something in the mail about 401k but that's about it. theres sick leave but they make you feel bad for taking it.

    Health Insurance Available but expensive out of pocket costs for all hourly employees. 401K available, Flexible spending plan, Health, Vision and Dental. FMLA offered for Maturity Leave - no additional benefits for future parents.

    Poor benefits package. New employees only get 10 paid days off. Insurance premium have gotten worse- PPO is roughly $15K to support a family.

    You only need to work 20 hours a week to qualify for Peet's Health coverage. There a multiple options for health coverage, plus dental and vision!
