Benefits are fair. PTO accrual rates are mostly tenure-based. Employee discount is great for staying caffeinated.
It'g good that you get to learn how to make various drinks but it can be very tiring because most of of time you have to be on your feet

Poor benefits package. New employees only get 10 paid days off. Insurance premium have gotten worse- PPO is roughly $15K to support a family.

Once you qualify, Peet's offers full medical, dental, and vision. It's all very good coverage but it does come out of your paycheck.
