Best thing about Peet's is that as a part time employee you get the parks of health benefits and including in that plan you can also get dental benefits. I got 2 free cleaning each year, however you have to work the 40 hrs in 2 weeks to attain benefits, which is not bad but iIbcut my hours because of school, still this is really great to have.
Decent health and 401K but unthinkable to not have maternity/paternity in Ca in this day and age. Also no opportunity for stock options before director level
You get holidays off, free coffee, and the health insurance is pretty decent as well.
i didnt receive any benefits
Peet's offers the works, I'm especially happy with the health/dental/vision. The Health is a little pricey but that's ok, it's worth it.
Theres paid vacation time and sick time. You can apply for retirement, vision and health insurance.
Depending on your manager and role can have a good day-to-day work-life balance, but overall vacation is poor unless you've been with the company several years or, as with base comp, you come in as a director or above.
As a full time employee I have received full benefits. medical, dental, vision. There are opportunities for monthly bonuses as well based mainly on transactions and labor, as well as sales and bean sales.
Good benefits. Solid company who looks out for employees. Wellness program and lots of coffee :)
401k was broken due to the lack of participation by the hourly employees, which is understandable because of the extremely high cost of living.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
