Pegasystems provides 11 holidays. Ten are company-recognized holidays, and one is a personal holiday*. If an employee is required to work on a holiday, he/she will be allowed to take another day off upon his/her request and manager's pre-approval. All Holidays are to be recorded as whole days (8hrs).
