    401k is with Empower and they have some Vanguard funds 401k match is 50% upto 6% of salary with no limits. Its discretionary match in March (probably due to ADP/ACP testing) 401k after-tax contribution is available Health plan with with Cigna who have very less providers in MA *** HSA plan is available with employer contribution of 2.2k for 4k deductible FSA is available No pre-tax parking as they assume everyone lives in the city Parking free in Cambridge or $200 towards commuter expenses ESPP 5% Bonus and RSU exist 15 days vacation + 1 personal day+ 7 sick + 10 company holidays

    The company is good in allowing employees to work from home. Base pay is not the best in the industry, with incentives not great at all. Medical/health benefits are left to be desired! Cigna Health plan is not as good as the standard in MA - BCBS of MA

    Decent benefits but getting more and more expensive. Pega introduced a new decent healthcare plan where you need to do activities to recoup some money at the end of the year ( ~500). The number of activities to complete is increasing every year and the number of points that each activity brings is diminishing as well making it harder to get the money.

    You will get many options to choose from, but sometimes the carrier changes and you won't notify in timely manner.

    Free monthly T pass or $25 for walking to work is pretty cool. Pay is decent for a marketing intern. There's also cool discounts on things like FitBits.
