Everything about Pega benefits is a plus for me. They really try to be an employer of choice and keep improving every year.
401k match (not 100% but better than nothing) Annual bonuses

Good health insurance and other insurance benefits. Vacation allowances are stingy compared to other area companies.
Overall the benefits are great though recently the healthcare plan switched to a new company and is a bit lack luste compared to previous options. It is still good, but not as stellar as it used to be. That being said, there is going to be a change that should be better in the next year so hopefully it will improve to the previous levels or at least close to them.
recently paternity leave increased to 2 weeks and maternity to 6 months.
The move from Blue Cross to Cigna in the US has been horrendous. This health package is *really* bad and has had a negative impact on many US staff. Cigna are full of gimmicks, but provide much worse coverage than the previous health plan. No one in HR is listening - its about cutting costs not providing benefits.
Great at work fitness programs (e.g. yoga, boot camp) during the summer time!
Solid benefits package - competitive with other tech firms without going "over the top"
they recently switched to Cigna from BCBS - it feels like we took a hit
