Good health insurance and other insurance benefits. Vacation allowances are stingy compared to other area companies.

Overall the benefits are great though recently the healthcare plan switched to a new company and is a bit lack luste compared to previous options. It is still good, but not as stellar as it used to be. That being said, there is going to be a change that should be better in the next year so hopefully it will improve to the previous levels or at least close to them.

The move from Blue Cross to Cigna in the US has been horrendous. This health package is *really* bad and has had a negative impact on many US staff. Cigna are full of gimmicks, but provide much worse coverage than the previous health plan. No one in HR is listening - its about cutting costs not providing benefits.
